A Soul Gym - Spiritual Exercise Workout Book
In February 2025 I visited Milan and saw the LAST SUPPER by Leonardo Da Vinci "live". This detailed document is all about the painting.
There is a history of the painting, information about the composition, the sources, the food in the painting, the way hands are drawn, as well as something about the many conspiracy theories.
Leonardo painted this as a reaction painting, with the disciples responding to the news that Jesus is to be betrayed by one of them. There is a lot, in the document, about each individual disciple and what we know about them. Although some of the information strays outside of the Biblical accounts and narratives they are included as the stories would have been well known to Leonardo and his audience.
At the centre/heart of the painting is Jesus.
On some devices you may have to download the PDF.
